• Mt. Hamilton (Lick Observatory) Starts from Alum Rock Ave. in East San Jose and goes all the way up to Lick Observatory. The view is amazing and the drive is filled with twisty S-bends, hairpins, tight switchbacks and a few straights. One of the best roads in Northern California in my opinion. As a sidenote, if you wanted to you could even continue down San Antonio Road since Highway 130 ends at the top where the observatory is. • Highway 9 (Four Corners) Starts from the end of downtown Saratoga and stops at the Four Corners on the intersection of Highway 9 and 35 (Skyline Blvd.) A pretty short route, but plenty of hairpins and tight turns.
