Ridiculously road full of winding bends overlooking beautiful water reservoir. So many bends and steep that few cyclists attack it.... at least the few times I've been there.

It's a pretty nice road. A little too narrow for my liking, but there are plenty of nice turns and hairpins and it's not really going uphill or downhill...it just goes straight.
